Bob Petrelli founded Mount Vernon Mortgage Corporation in 1996 with the goal of providing to Massachusetts homebuyers and homeowners a broad range of mortgage financing options combined with a customer-oriented community focus. He has been helping people achieve the dream of homeownership for over 30 years. Having worked in upper level management at institutions ranging from local banks to large national mortgage corporations, Bob puts his extensive experience to work for his clients, helping them to obtain the financing that is best for them. 

Throughout the years, he has received numerous awards and recognition for his work. Bob is past Chairman of the Massachusetts Mortgage Association, and currently is a member of the Weymouth Rotary Club, Plymouth and South Shore Association of Realtors, Massachusetts Mortgage Association, National Association of Mortgage Brokers and the South Shore Chamber of Commerce. 

Bob earned his MBA at Suffolk University in Boston, MA and his BS from Stonehill College in North Easton, MA.
